Have we completed their ancestry?

From http://habitant.org/boyleau/index.htm

Marguerite and Marie Boyleau were sisters who came to New France and left descendants in Acadia and Québec respectively. Many Americans and Canadians can claim descent from them. Their descent from Henry III, King of England, and Louis VII, King of France, can be illustrated for many generations through the arms of their ancestors.

I see Raymond Simula has entered a great many profiles based on http://habitant.org/boyleau/Boyleau_Sisters_Armorial_English_Royal_...

But we haven’t reached royalty yet?

Erica Howton I've entered a direct line based on the lineage shown in the link. More work needs to be done to the profiles as far as information goes and also many more profiles need to be added in general. I did conduct a merge of Marie of Brittany, Countess of Saint-Pol that linked the profiles I entered to the existing royal profiles back from there. That path from the Boyleau sisters is as follows:

Marie-Madeleine Boileau
→ Joachine Ferrant (her mother)
→ Jeanne Ferrand (her mother)
→ Marguerite D'Argenson (her mother)
→ Jeanne D'Cochefilet (her mother)
Jean D'Cochefilet (her father)
→ Catherine De Mauny (his mother)
→ Guilliaume De Mauny (her father)
→ Herve De Mauny, III (his father)
→ Marie De Craon (his mother)
→ Marguerite De Dampierre De Flandre (her mother)
→ Béatrice de Châtillon (her mother) →
Marie of Brittany, Countess of Saint-Pol (her mother)

As previously stated much more work needs to be done with other direct lines, I will continue to work on those as I get free time to do so.

I also did a merge of Guy III, Count of Saint Pol from the same line shown linking to his ancestry as well.

Wonderful work, Ray. I’ll jump in to link on the English side.

It’s exciting to see these new and well documented lines.

The French-Canadian genealogy world is doing interesting work. I see a group mentioned - the French Canadian Heritage Society of Michigan - and also, Denis Beauregard‘s francogene.com site.

Post at https://soc.genealogy.medieval.narkive.com/vCasBWsg/new-content-on-... Reminded me to look.

Francogene does great work and is a valuable resource. More sources in general need to be added to the profiles I’ve added. For now only the link http://habitant.org/boyleau/index.htm
Is in the profiles just to confirm their place in the lineage, a “holding place” for lack of a better term, in time the profiles will be properly refined. I appreciate all your help and input Erica Howton
