this would be because "she" is not a sister, but a duplicate profile. Someone started merging your immediate tree and didn't finish the job. Looking at the profiles of your parents, I see they have two managers each, which supports my claim): Mark Harold Melmed and Private User. As your own profile was added by Max, I would "guess" that the other you, was added by Mark. If it's only the one profile of you (without your husband and kids), I would send Mark a message asking him to delete it.
