About 1st wife of William Baugh
William Baugh was born no later than 1612[1][2] and emigrated from England to Henrico Co. by 1639. On 5 Jun 1639, Richard Kimble/Kemble brought suit in London for £5 against William Baugh "who had lately gone to Virginia." Stanard notes that this was "probably William Baugh, who was born in 1610, and was J.P. for Henrico county, 1656 & c.."[3] [4]
He arrived with a young son, William Baugh Jr., but the child's mother is unknown. Shortly thereafter, he married Elizabeth, the widow of Thomas Parker/Packer.
