In 1891 James and Cuningham are living in Broadwigg Dairyman(? spelling) House in the Parish of Whithorn in Wigtown. Robert their son is unmarried and a dairyman, Jane 18 is a dairymaid, Agnes 16 a domestic servant, James 13 a scholar and William 12 a scholar.
In the 1901 Census James and Cuningham are living at Broadwigg farm cottage and James is listed as a Dairyman (cheese-maker) Cuningham as a dairyman's wife. Jane 28 and Agnes 26 are still living at home and listed as dairyman's daughters/workers.
In the 1911 Census James is 72 and Cunningham 68, James is listed as a retired dairyman. Agnes their daughter is 36 years of age and listed as a worker at home. They are living at Springwell Cottage, Kirkinner Wigtown.
Agnes never married and died in 1954 at 80 years of age of cancer with secondaries. Her niece Mary Aitken was in attendance in Lanark, her usual residence was in Ayrshire. (September 2015.)
