Albert E. "Chris" Christensen, Sr., 56, of Bremerton, died April 18, 1997 at his home.
He was born May 19, 1940, in Staten Island, N.Y.
On Sept. 23, 1967, he married Marilyn Jarvis in Bremerton.
Mr. Christensen was a Vietnam and Cuban Missile Crisis veteran, he served in the Navy from 1957-68. From 1968 until 1990's he was an active duty Naval Reservist. He was a high voltage electrician at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for 28 years before he retired in 1995.
