Second son of Ignacy and Aniela Trzebiatowski. Godparents: Rev. J. Rodowicz and Marianna Charles. Attended Marquette University, and took part in the December 1895 senior class performance of "A Comedy of Errors" but seems not to have graduated (unlike his brother Charles).
1900 USC (in which he participated as an enumerator, listing most of his fellow Kashubians as "Austrian Polish") lists him and his brothers as real estate agents, presumably working for their father. Considered himself a leader: ran unsuccessfully for alderman in 1916; was appointed to fill a seat in 1923. Listed as a "founder" of Saint Hedwig's in the 1921 Jubilee Book although he was in fact baptized there on 25 April 1875.
1912 MCD: Milwaukee Catholic Knights, No 229— .Albert Trzebiatowski pres,; Frank Warzala v-pres; E G Sonnenberg rec-sec; John Weiher fin-sec-treas.., meets 1st Monday St Hedwig's school hall.
1914: Treasurer of newly organized St. Vincent DePaul Society
1918: Vice-President of newly organized St. Hedwig's Ushers' Society.
1921: Member, Executive Board of Annual Meeting (in Milwaukee) of National Conference of Catholic Charities
1922: Member (as Realtor) of City Street Renumbering Commission.
1923: Mr. and Mrs. Albert Trzebiatowski are patrons and honored guests of the Marquette University Junior Prom.
1927 and 1929 MCD shows Pauline Trebby (wid. Albert) living on Menlo Street in Shorewood. Albert was still in the pokey, so maybe she just pretended to be a widow.
