Antje emigrated in 1882 with her parents, her sister Trijntje (1874, Sint Maarten) and her brother Klaas (1879, Sint Maarten) from Sint Maarten, Noord-Holland, the Netherlands to the USA. In July 1886 her sister Nellie was born in Lake County, in the utter Northwestern part of Indiana.
Anna Koedyker married on 25 October 1893 in Lake County, Indiana to Albert Randham [must be: Randhan], born in 1863 in Indiana, son of the German Frederick and Wilhelmine Randhan. He died very probably on 5 October 1898 in Lake County, Indiana.
In June 1900 Annie Randhan (28 y, born in June 1872 in the Netherlands, widow), her father Garret Koedyker (56, April 1844, Netherlands, farmer), her mother Grace (54, January 1846, Netherlands) and her siblings Nick (21, October 1879, Netherlands, farm laborer) and Nellie (14, July 1886, Illinois [must be Indiana]) lived at a rented farm in Calumet Township, Lake County, in the utter northwestern part of Indiana.
Anna Randhan (re)married on 1 August 1900 in Cook County, Illinois to the nine years older widower Roelleans alias Roel A.T. Gouwens, who had one son from his first marriage, Edwin alias Eddie, born in about 1887 in Illinois.

Her nine years older husband Roel A.T. Gouwens died in [the beginning of] 1930 at the age of about 66 years, very probabably in South Holland, Cook County, Illinois.
In 1930 Annie Gouwens (57, widow) and her children Donald (26), Andrew (21), Gladys (19) and Eunice (17) lived still in South Holland, Cook County, Illinois.
In April 1940 Anne Gowens (67, widow) and her sons Donald (36, garage mechanic) and Douglas (32, clerk city govt) lived at an own home, worth $3800, in South Holland, Thornton Township, Cook County, Illinois. They lived in 1935 at the same house.
