Anton Smuts (1953 - 2017)
Anton (64) a farmer in the Kinross and Leandra area, Mpumalanga. His neighbour discovered his body when he went to investigate a veld (field) fire near his own farm on 19th August 2017. When he arrived at Anton's farm, he could see a pick-up truck that was burnt out, and behind the front seat, his body was burnt beyond recognition.
