The day of the 30 October 1899 became known as Mournful Monday, and so it was for Albert Bidden Jnr. and Arnold Abraham Allison, as they were captured by the Boers and were sent off as POWs -- according to Cobi sharing cell 16 with Winston Churchill for a time, and then to Waterval in Pretoria.
