Beatrice Blondell Strom

Beatrice B. Strom, 68, of 220 N. Davis, Wataga, died Sunday, March 12, 1995, at her home.

Born Sept. 6, 1926, in Gerlaw to Leonard and Katherine Folger Bainbridge, she married Gerald Strom on Feb. 10, 1950, in Galesburg. He died Nov. 25, 1980. Surviving are five sons, Theodore Dawson of Clinton, Iowa, Jack of Galesburg, Dugan of Fort Wayne, Ind., Jan of London Mills and Scott of Wataga; two daughters, Carol Horstman of Bagley, Wis., and Mary Jo Johnson of Galesburg; one brother, Charles Bainbridge of Woodhull; one sister, Alta Morrison of Savannah, Ind.; and a friend, Russell Brown.

She was an assembly worker at Gale Products in Galesburg for 15 years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of the Wataga Congregational Church and the Eagles Club in Oquawka.

Burial will be in Wataga Cemetery.
