Benjamin Page married Mary Whittier on 21 Sep 1666 in Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony. Mary was the daughter of Thomas Whittier and Ruth Green Whittier. They had nine children, all born in Haverhill.

He passed away on 28 Jun 1736 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts at the age of 91. [1]. He was buried at Pentucket Cemetery, Haverhill, Massachusetts. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[2]
