... John Taylor married the daughter and heiress of Henry Brockhill of Allington, Kent - their elder son was Brockhill Taylor who served as Member of Parliament for the borough of Cavan in the 1630s. On his death he left no son but two daughters one of whom, Mary inherited the Cavan estate.
