Christened in 1620 in England.
Listed as Captain William Holbrook, Sr.
He married Elizabeth the daughter of the widow Elizabeth Pitts (died at Scituate). He married Abigail widow of Robert Sharp and Thomas Clapp (of Scituate). He resided in Weymouth until about 1663 when he removed to Mendon. The indians drove him back in 1676 when he settled in Scituate. He made his will 11/9/1696.
