Celia married Samuel Chandler Jones in 1783 in Rowan, North Carolina, USA. Together they had the following children: Martha Baker; Stephen T. Jones; John Jones, sr.; Issac Newton Jones; Sarah Baker; Nancy Ann Wells; Isaiah h Jones; Samuel Jones; Lavina Wells; James Franklin Jones; Mary Hobbs; William Jones; Rebecca Plumber; John Lemuel Jones I.

She died circa 1853 in Turkey Creek, Lee County, Virginia, United States.
