Charles One birth date given, says 18 May 1730, Peekskill, New York, but this can not be right, because his father was born in 1731. The above date is supposedly from his gravestone and according to it he was born 1769 in Putnam Valley, NY and died 28 Oct 1839. To confuse the matter, being born in 1769, and being in the Rev. War, he would of been 7 years old at the start of the war and 13 at the end of the war.

One death date given was, 9 Feb 1809, but this can not be right as he had children born after this date. Charles Dusenbury, born May 18, 1750 in Peekskill, New York.?
