About Cpl. Timothy Stone, Sr.
Born in Lexington,Middlesex, Massachusetts, Timothy Stone was the son of Samuel Stone and Martha Earle.
In 1775 young,Timothy joined his fellow American patriots to serve in the Revolutionary War. At the age of 17,Timothy was appointed Drummer in his father's company of Minutemen.
