About Deborah Fish

Biography
Deborah Barrows was probably born by about 1668 if she was aged 18 at her marriage. Her likely parents, John and Deborah (Pratt?) Barrows, resided in Plymouth, so that is her likely place of birth.[1] Nathan Fish and Deborah Barrows married at Plymouth on 20 December 1687.[2] Plymouth marriage records state, "Nathn ffish Was Married to Deborah Barrows the 20th of december 1687".[3][4] Nathan's wife's name does not appear in Sandwich records, but the Plymouth church records state "Deborah Fish (who was Barrow) living now at Sandwich was July 15 (1688) declared guilty of fornication with her now husband before marriage."[5]
