BOOTH, DELIA CLARKEY [James Walker Booth, James Thomas Booth, John James Booth, James Booth, Thomas Booth], daughter of James Walker Booth and Rosa Belle Dorsey. Delia was born Nov. 18, 1913. She is a graduate of Horry Co. schools and Winthrop College. During her youth Delia was a member of the "Big Seven" - see Robert Hardwick. For many years Delia taught school in Horry County. She married Merrill Worth Floyd., the son of Julius Thomas Floyd and Cora Harrelson. Worth was born Nov. 22, 1909. He attended school in Horry Co. and drove a gas truck. Delia loved to cook and was a member of a quilting club. Worth died March 1, 1951 and Delia died May , 2005. They are buried at Poplar. Children: Merrill Worth, Jr. Rosemund Virginia James Edward Robert Earl Marion Ralph
