About Demetrio Encarnación
Demetrio Encarnación was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He began his political career as councilor of Noveleta, Cavite. He then served as provincial board member of Cavite from 1931 to 1934, from which he was the acting Governor during the time then-Governor Pedro Espíritu was out of office. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing Cavite in 1934. He later represented Cavite at the National Assembly from September 25, 1943 to February 2, 1944.
