About Demetrio Quirino
Demetrio Quirino was a Filipino businessman and politician. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing Nueva Vizcaya in 1934. He served as Governor of Nueva Vizcaya from 1940 to 1945. Concurrently, he represented Nueva Vizcaya as an ex officio member at the National Assembly from September 25, 1943 to February 2, 1944.
