Flint Journal December, 1984 Nelson, Dorothy A. - Of Grand Blanc, formely of Oscoda, age 64, died Sunday, December 16, 1984 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home , 1616 Davison Road., Pastor Tim Gunter,(Nephew) Officiating. Interment at Flint Memorial Park. Mrs Nelson was born in Flint, Michigan , December 31, 1919 And Had resided in Flint untill moving to Tawas, 1960. , In 1980 she moved to Oscoda and for the last year had resided with her daughter in Grand Blanc. She attenred Twin Cities Baptist Church, Was member of th e VFW Auxiliary and was employed for nearly fifthteen years at Wurtsm ith Air Faorce Base, Oscoda. Surviving are; children; Shirley J Coon , Fostoria, Patricia A Peterson, Grand Blanc, Bonnie M. Palmateer. Burton. Shirlene F. Turner, Bonaire, Georgia , Ronnie W. Nelson, of Merrill, Jimmie A.
