"Born on Long Island, probably at New Utrecht, in June 1736 (family record) Died at Millstone, Somerset County, NJ, March 7th 1813
Somerset County is one of America's oldest counties, and is named after the English county of Somerset. The area was first settled in 1681, in the vicinity of Bound Brook, and the county was established by charter on May 22, 1688. Most of the early residents were Dutch.

I don't yet have the information on the computer because I haven't pursued it yet but Eva dies in Millstone and Abraham remarries but I don't have the name of second wife handy at the moment. There may have been other children baptized at Millstone.

Either this Abraham or his son Abraham served the patriot cause in the Revolution. See:
