Dr. Carl S. Tinsman, of Englewood, died 11 December 1991, in Cherry Park Health Center.
Services have been held.
Dr. Tinsman, a native of Windsor, was a veterinarian and he established the Tinsman Veterinary Clinic and Bel-Rae Institute of Animal Technology. He served on the Cherry Creek School Board from 1965 to 1971.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; a son, Thomas; a daughter, Jane, all of Denver, Colorado; two brothers, Earl of San Antonio, Texas and Dr. Rex of Placerville, California; and one granddaughter.
Contributions may be made to University Park United Methodist Church or Denver Dumb Friends League.
