NISSON A. FINKELSTEIN, 64 Nisson Ascher Finkelstein, 64, founder of a company that designed and built spacesuits for the Apollo program and a writer and leader in Jewish affairs, died Tuesday at his home in Wilmington. He was the founder and former president of ILC Industries Inc. in Dover, Del., which made spacesuits for the Apollo program and continues to produce space garb for NASA. He also was a former chief executive of Inertial Motors in Doylestown, where he helped develop the sophisticated motor that drove the camera used on moon landings. Finkelstein served as president of the Jewish Federation of Delaware, the Jewish community’s central fundraising and planning organization. He was also president of United Way of Central Delaware and director of the Urban Coalition. Surviving are his wife, Rona Finkelstein; sons, Jesse A. and Loren A. and four grandchildren.
