He is the brother of Elizabeth (Huckins) Lewis [half], Mary (Huckins) Bassett [half], Experience (Huckins) Lewis [half], Hope (Huckins) Nelson [half], Mehitable Huckins [half], Samuel Cobb, Hope Cobb, Jonathan Cobb Jr, Joseph Cobb, Lydia Cobb and Gershom Cobb. He married Mary (Vaughn) Marriner about 1714 in Plymouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay. he is father of Joanna (Cobb) Sawyer. Ebenezer died on 29 Oct 1721 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine)

Ebenezer Cobb was born in Barnstable, Barnstable County, Massachusetts on April 10, 1688. He was the son of Jonathan Cobb and Hope Chipman Cobb.

Ebenezer was married to Mary Vaughn in Plymouth about 1714. Exact date and location are unknown, After his death, she married (2nd) John Marriner. Mary was the daughter of Jonathan Vaughn and Joanna Thomas Vaughn.

Ebenezer Cobb died young, at the age of 33, in Falmouth, Cumberland County, Maine on October 29, 1721, He was buried in the Eastern Cemetery, in Portland.
