• He married 3rd at Berkley on 29 May 1790 to Abiah (CRANE) [BABBET] [HOLLOWAY] ATWOOD, born at Berkley on 12 Dec 1716 and died at Middleboro, circa 1812, daughter of Gershom and Susanna (WHITMARSH) CRANE and widow successively of Benjamin BABBETT, Nathaniel HOLLOWAY and Abiel ATWOOD.
• Edmund Williams died on 3 December 1796 at Raynham at age 85.
