About Edward Kring
Edward Kring was born Apr. 17, 1864, in Nappanee, Indiana, the son of George and Eyva (Joseph) Kring, of Kosciusko County, Ind.
On Feb. 6, 1890, Edward married Phoebe Lewis, in Kosciusko, Co. Born Feb. 2, 1869, in Van Wert OH. Died Sept. 21, 1944, the daughter of Jacob and Jane (Pike) Lewis.
Edward occupation, like the Kring's before him, was farming, and helping Phoebe raises their children. The Kring's been a God fearing family and were members of The Jacoby Protestant Church.
The union of Edward and Phoebe was blessed with three children; William A. (1891-1953) Ora M. (1892-1916) Alma S. (1899-___)
On Oct. 24, 1945, in Plymouth, Ind., Edward passed away in his home after a short illness. He was buried in New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth, and Indana.
