July 2, 1936 Tampa Triburne page 12 tells of a fire at Gulf Grain Company. Lyons who had just startd working there as a night watchman was electrocuted by a high tension wire. My Dad recalls it fell on his back.
Tribune article says he lived in Oak Springs and was survived by his widow, 3 small children, his mother, Mrs. T. J. Wallingford, 2 brothers; Elan and Earl Ellerbe of Lakeland and a half sister. Mrs. Clemie Gaskin of Zephyrhills.
