EDWARD F. NOXON, 125 Erie Street, died last night at the home after a short illness. Before his retirement in 1960, Mr. Noxon was the owner of the Noxon Plating Works on West St.
He was a member of the Onondaga Kennel Club, the American Spaniel Club and the Liederkranz and Calvary Club. He had been in business 25 years and prior to his retirement he was a member of the Electroplating Society of Onondaga county.
Surviving are his wife, Erna Grom Noxon and several cousins.
He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Brigid's Church.
Services will be held at a time to be announced Wednesday morning at Edward J. Ryan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
