Born about 1672 at "Assasquin", New Kent County; died before 21 May 1762 in Virginia. Daughter of David Crafford, Esq.
There exists a Memorial for David Crafford/Crawford, but the death date is clearly incorrect on it. David Crawford/Crafford was definitely alive after 1690. At one point he deeded land to his grandsons William and David Meriwether, born about 1688 and 1690 respectively. Most sources state he was killed by Indians between 1705 and 1710.
