Elizabeth SMITH nee ALLCOCK was tried with her common law husband James SMITH, Isaac HART and Ann PUMMELL on the 15/1/1800 for Burglary and Theft.
Isaac HART and James SMITH were sentenced to death, Ann PUMMELL was found not guilty and Elizabeth SMITH was sentenced to 14 years.

Elizabeth was transported on the "Nile" and arrived in Sydney Cove on the 14/12/1801.

Elizabeth married Michael BRENNAN in 1825
