Moses Teague (ca. 1718-ca.1799) was born in Cecil Co., MD, and died in Chatham Co., NC. He married Elizabeth Loftin ca.1738. He has been cited by the D.A.R as offering patriotic service during the Revolutionary War. That including furnishing supplies to the army in North Carolina. President Obama’s line of descent is through daughter Mary Isabel Teague who married James Wellborn of Maryland in Frederick Co., VA; they settled in Kentucky.
