Elizabeth, 1st and oldest child of John & Elizabeth (_) Irish, was born say 1644.
Elizabeth married Philip Washborne by about 1664. Philip was the son of John & Margery (Moore) Washborne. They had children:

(on 8 December 1708 "John Washband of Plymouth ... yeoman" sold to Samuel Bradford of Duxbury "all that my twenty acres of upland ... in the township of Duxborough aforesaid being lot upon which my honored grandfather John Irish deceased dormerly dwelt being near Duxborough Mill & commonly known by the name of Irish's Orchard" and one acre of meadow "which was also my said grandfather's."

Philip Washburn, youngest son of John Washburn born in Bengeworth, Worcestershire, England, ca. 1624, sailed to New England with his brother and mother in 1635 aboard the “Elizabeth and Ann,” and he married Elizabeth Irish, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Risely?) Irish, of Duxbury, Plymouth Colony, in, say 1663, and they probably also settled eventually in Bridgewater, MA, with his father and brother. She was born ca. 1643, probably in Duxbury.
Phillip Washburn and Elizabeth Irish had children:
- Elizabeth Washburn, born say 1664, probably in Duxbury or Bridgewater, married Joseph Amory, of Little Compton, Plymouth Colony, son of Rebecca Amory, in ca. 1682.
- Deacon John Washburn, born ca. 1672 in Duxbury or Bridgewater, married 1.) Lydia Billington, daughter of Isaac and Hannah (Glass) Billington, in ca. 1698, and 2.) Wybra/Weborah Bumpus, daughter of Joseph and Wiborah (Glass) Bumpus, of Plymouth, after 1716, and 3.) Mehitabel (Barrow) Wright, daughter of Robert and Ruth (Bonham) Barrow, and widow of Adam Wright, of Plympton, MA, on 13 Dec. 1744 in Kingston, MA.
- Margery Washburn, born in ca. 1678 in Duxbury or Bridgewater, married Josiah Leonard, son of John and Sarah Leonard, on 1 Nov. 1699 in Bridgewater.
- Mary Washburn, born say 1681 in Duxbury or Bridgewater, married Daniel Pratt, son of Benajah and Persis (Dunham) Pratt, as his second wife, on 1 Oct. 1706 in Plymouth.
