 She had accompanied her mother Mary Foster and her siblings George[14 yrs], Sarah[11yrs], Mary[7yrs] as a "Free Family"
 Her father [a convict] had arrived in Australia aboard the "Champion" on 17-11-1827 having been convicted of Highway Robbery at Hertford on 16-12-1826 and sentenced to Life Imprisonment.
