1902, December 27th, marries in St. Paul's Church, Cheltenham to Frank Skinner, a smith. Her father and Ellen Cowley, her sister, are witnesses. Her address at time of marriage was forty-one Albert Street.

Frank emigrated to Canada moving on to New York in 1906. Florence followed with the 2 children to New York arriving on the Etruria on 11th August 1907. She is listed as a teacher.

1910 US Federal census records her and Frank with her 2 children in Queens Ward 4, New York. Frank is an iron worker in an iron shop. She is 27.

1920 is age 37, entered as Dolly, naturalised in 1919, in Adam Street, Norwood, Bergen, New Jersey (their iron working shop) with husband, son and daughter.

1930 is age 46, same place with husband, Frank junior, widowed brother-in-law and two children.

1940 is age 57, with husband only in Ridge Pilse, Collegeville Road, Lower Providence, Montgomery Pennsylvania.
