Deed. [ ] NOV 1733. Frances Milner, widow, of NFP, for the love and affection which I bear to my son Benja Millner, of same; to the said Benjamin Millner and heirs of his body, and for want of such heirs to my loving brother Gregory Glascock; I further declare that if it should please God I should dye before my said son come of age or marry that then my brother Gregory Glascock do take my said son's estate into his possession for the use and benefit of my said son, to wit. 5 cows, 6 [large] hogs, 1 oval table, 1 chest, 15 pounds of good pewter, 1 iron pot, 1 ewe and lam[b].
