Catholic Parish Registers of Wielle, Poland, state that Franziska, daughter of Joseph Podjaski and Susanna Tylicka, was born Dec. 28, 1860, in Ossowo, Bydgoszcz, Poland, and was baptised on January 1st. Her surname was sometimes written as "Podjawska." She had at least 4 siblings. At age 20, on Feb. 21, 1881, she married Johann Narloch, according to the Catholic Church records of Karsinin. Details of their married life can be found in his entry. After their move to Chicago, Illinois, USA, she was sometimes called Frances. The only information about her death is found in the marriage record of her husband and his next wife. Her place of burial is not known.
