Frank was a US Army Veteran having served from 1951-1953 as a member of the US Army Medical Corps. He retired from JC Penny in Lincoln. Frank's memberships included Past President--Nebraska Czechs of Lincoln, Capitol City Czech Choraliers, Western Fraternal Lodge Association #426, & American Legion Post #280--Bennet.
