George Legge [Convict "Charlotte" 1788]

George LEGGE (aka LEGG) was born c1762

George was convicted of theft and sentenced to transportation. He arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Charlotte"

George was sent to Norfolk Island on 17/2/1790

George married Ann HARMSDEN in 1791 on Norfolk Island

George and Ann returned to Sydney on "Francis" in July 1794

George died 9/6/1807 Sydney (drowned in a storm) He was buried 24/7/1807 after his remains were located.
