About George Bradley Marchant

GEORGE MARCHANT (1831-) went to Western Australia in 1866, and then to South Australia in 1873. He and his wife Jessie Marchant had thirteen children, of whom seven were sons and six were daughters, five of whom were spinsters. Three of the sons were bachelors. However, his son Tom Octavius Marchant, who went to Western Australia in 1902, married and had four daughters.
