George was convicted (with Robert CROSS and Robert TAYLOR) and sentenced to transportation for life. He arrived in Sydney Cove on 28/10/1814 on "Somersetshire". His wife and children followed him to the colony, arriving in 1815 on "Northampton"
George died 13/10/1837 Sydney
