In the name of God Amen. I Jacob Mauney, Tanner being of sound mind Memory and Judgement for which I render thanks to the Judge of quick and dead, do make and publish My last will testament in the manner and form following...

First I give and bequeath to My Beloved Wife Nancy, a Negro Sancto forever, likewise 30 weight of sugar, and 10 pound of Coffee and 10 Bushels of Whate Do. of Corn and 100 weight of pork. Every year by Abraham and Isaac, likewise all the household furniture and all the houses except what belongs to the tan yard, likewise the Medow next the house and the Orchard it contains and cotton patch and garden and the liberty of the spring. I likewise will to My Beloved Wife one mare named Sloe and 2 cows.

I likewise will to my son Abraham the Old Tract of land that I now live on except that part I have willed to My Wife her lifetime.

Likewise I will to my son Isaac the Tract of land known by the name of Sifford's place.

Likewise I will to my daughter Catherine, 2 Negro named Sciles and the other named Joseph and 2 cows.

Likewise I will to Elizabeth one Negro named Derry and one cow.

Likewise I will to Cathrine, Elizabeth and Sarah the black mare.

Likewise I will to my son Isaac a small piece of land joining Jacob Fronebergers line.

I likewise will to My Daughter Barbra $40.00 in cash, I give and bequeath to my son in law Joshua Vindike .50 and no more

I will and bequeath to My son Abraham my part of a Tract of land between John Fullenwiders and me joining my own land.

I likewise Desire that all the remainder of my property be sold by my Executors after my Death and pay all my Just Debts and Funeral Expenses the Balance to be Equally Divided between the following Children, Fanny, Peter, Cathrine, Elizabeth, Barbra, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Mary, Susana, Sarah, N.B. Catherine is to Get Two Shares lastly I make and appoint my son Jacob and my Daughter Cathrine and John Peter Eher Joint Executors of This My last Will and Testament hereby revoking and Disannul all former Wills by me Made and Publishing and Declaring This to be my last will and testament in Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed My seal this 3rd Day of July 1812.
