Hector (6th) Alexander Munro

HECTOR, who never married, was born, presumably, at Ripon in England.

HECTOR, of whom much is not known, was mentally unsound and therefore was not made the heir and successor to the Estate of Novar House in Ross-shire, Scotland!

On the death of his father in 1810 his younger brother HUGH JOHNSTONE-MUNRO became the head of the MUNROS of Novar and succeeded to the Estate, thus becoming the 10th Laird of Novar.
