Death entry: Henry W. Arledge died May the 29th, 1889.

No other information for this census record was in the typed letter, just that he was living in Cannon Co in 1860. I'll have to look up the actual census record to see the rest of the details.
H. W. Arledge is listed in the Warren Co, TN plat book in entries dated 1858 and 1867 as a Deputy Surveyor.

Obit, New Era Newspaper (TN]: Saturday, June 1, 1889
The friends of Capt. H. W. Arledge were shocked Wednesday to hear of his sudden death which occurred in the Tenth District Tuesday evening. He was attacked Sunday with something like pneumonia and died as above stated. The deceased was about 70 years of age, and was an honest, Christian man enjoying the respect and esteem of everyone who knew him. He leaves a family of grown children to mourn his loss.
