Henry Nayle of Thornbury. June 11, 1726. August 20, 1726. A. 193. Provides for wife Deborah. To grandson John son of Richard Woodward the plantation, where I now dwell containing by estimate 200 acres, when 21. Also team of horse. To daughter Mary Woodward £10. Remainder of personal estate to the other children of said daughter. Gives £5 to the church now building in Concord. To Elizabeth daughter of Henry Peirce £5. Executors: friend Henry Peirce and son in law Richard Woodward of Thornbury. Witnesses: John Cox, Richard Hendra, John Neil.
