Isabella Erzherzogin von Österreich was born on 17 November 1888 at Preßburg.2 She was the daughter of Friedrich Maria Erzherzog von Österreich and Isabelle Hedwig Franziska Natalie Prinzessin von Croÿ.1 She married Georg Franz Joseph Leopold Prinz von Bayern, son of Generalfeldmarschall Leopold Maximilian Joseph Maria Arnulf Prinz von Bayern and Gisela Louise Marie Erzherzogin von Österreich, on 10 February 1912 at Schloss Schönbrunn, Vienna, Austria.2 She died on 6 December 1973 at age 85.

    She gained the title of Erzherzogin von Österreich (styled as HI&RH Archduchess of Austria).1 She was given the name of Isabella Maria Theresia Christine Eugenie at birth.3 Her marriage to Georg Franz Joseph Leopold Prinz von Bayern was annulled in 1913.3
