Jacques Pierre LEGER II1,2,11,12,13 was born in 1698 in Port Royal, ACADIA (Annapolis Royal, NOVA SCOTIA). He died before 1752. Jacques Léger (junior) married Anne Amirault in 1717 and his family settled on the Petitcodiac river. His eldest son, Jean-Baptiste, was deported to New England in 1755 and later migrated to Louisiana.

Anne (Dite Tourangeau) AMIRAULT1,14 (daughter of Francois (Dit Tourangeau) AMIRAULT and Marie PITRE) was born on 14 Dec 1691 in Port Royal, ACADIA (Annapolis Royal, NOVA SCOTIA). She was baptized on 14 Dec 1691 in Port Royal, ACADIA (Annapolis Royal, NOVA SCOTIA). She was baptized on 23 Oct 1705 in Port Royal, ACADIA (Annapolis Royal, NOVA SCOTIA) (St Jean Baptiste Church). She died on 18 Dec 1758 in Bouctouche, Kent, NEW BRUNSWICK. Jacques Pierre LEGER II and Anne (Dite Tourangeau) AMIRAULT had the following children:
