James C. Colvin

James C. Colvin was born on October 19, 1769, in Culpeper, Culpeper County, United States. His parents were Daniel Colvin and Elizabeth Colvin.

James married Mary Martha Hill (Colvin) on November 13, 1806, in Culpeper, Culpeper County, United States. Together they had the following children:

• Sarah Jane Colvin;
• Elizabeth Ann Cauthorn;
• William Daniel Colvin;
• Frances Lilly Cauthorn;
• Martha James Lewis (Colvin);
• John Randolph Colvin;
• James Armistead Colvin;
• Mary Russell Field (Colvin).

He died on October 19, 1841, in Culpeper, Culpeper, United States.
