James Huxtable

James was a Petty Officer on HMS Hawke, which was sunk by German U-Boat in 1914, he was one of only a few survivors, his reward for that was being sent to the Western Front and was killed in 1916, still MIA to this day.

In 1911 Census at age 19, he is single living at home with his parents and his brothers and sisters. Working as a Bookmaker (Pattern). He is said to be born in Lancaster, the same place as all his siblings are born.
