About James Larimer

James Harvey Larimer returned to Ohio in 1843 and married Miss Cochran, of Perry County, she passed away soon afterward. The were the parents of one son, John, who was reared by the Cochran family in Ohio. He grew to manhood and lost his life in the Civil War, 1861 - 1865.
James returned to Indiana and married Elizabeth Herrald, they lived in LaPorte, Indiana. The were parents of several sons, one Daniel Larimer lived in Goshen, Indiana.
James married the third time, moved to Sioux City, Iowa, where he passed away after several years ago. (No record).
